Returns and Privacy Policy

I am a small business , who gives a personal customer experience. This is important to me, as I want you as a customer  quick response to any issues you have so you can give me good feedback and keep returning to my products and service.
You are protected for GDPR  rules, on all your data and information which will be deleted in 90 days after your order is placed.

My return policy is in place for 30 days from order date, contact me via email Maria@oldmaidnew.co.uk with your issue with the product or any refunds. You can return via Royal Mail , the products postage to be paid by you, either a full refund and postage will be issued within 7 days or a alternative product sent out to you free of charge.
